We’ve collaborated with Kashi on this IPA brewed with Transitional ingredients in order to help American farmers in the process of increasing organic farmland! Brewed with malted barley and Transitional wheat and oats, this IPA has a nice firm malt backbone with a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Copious amount of CTZ, Cascade, and Chinook hops give this beer a classic American IPA hop character to satisfy the taste buds of even the biggest hop-heads. As Kashi would say, “Don’t just brew something awesome, do something awesome!”

Misadventure Vodka extends the useful life of food that would normally be considered waste. Right now, we specifically save all manner of baked goods. This is possible because they can still contain usable starches that can be converted to sugars that are then eaten by microscopic yeast and turned into marvelous alcohol.We take what the environmental community calls “food waste” and turn it into something better: clean, smooth vodka. Furthermore, independent tests confirm that our vodka contains under 10 parts per million (ppm) gluten, which is considered gluten free! How cool is that?
